Project Overview
Harsh Residency is a landmark high-rise residential development executed by G Construction in Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai. Rising to G+23 floors, the project embodies modern urban living with robust RCC construction designed for long-term structural integrity, safety, and comfort. The residential tower features well-planned apartments that maximize natural light, ventilation, and efficient layouts to cater to contemporary lifestyles.
The scope of work included comprehensive execution of the RCC structure with labor, shuttering, and high-grade reinforcement. Construction involved site preparation, foundation works, and precision shuttering for high-rise structural framing, followed by masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities. All tasks were carried out in coordination with MEP services and statutory clearances, supported by a rigorous QA/QC process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
In addition to the main structure, G Construction implemented robust safety protocols, scheduling, and logistics to manage a project of this scale efficiently. External works such as landscaping, pathways, and site development were executed to enhance the living environment. The result is a modern, durable, and elegant residential tower that has become a benchmark in Mira Bhayandar’s skyline.
