Project Overview

Shrishti Residential is a high-rise development by G Construction located in Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai. Rising G+19 floors with an approximate built-up area of 215,000 sqft, the project has been designed to deliver modern living spaces with a strong emphasis on structural stability, durability, and comfort. Its scale and design reflect the growing demand for premium urban housing while ensuring long-term reliability.

The scope of work includes RCC structure with labour and shuttering, executed through advanced reinforcement techniques, precision shuttering systems, and high-grade concrete. Construction sequencing and stringent quality assurance protocols were implemented to maintain safety, dimensional accuracy, and durability throughout the project’s execution.

With Rawaan Khetan as the builder and Raje as the RCC consultant, construction commenced in July 2021. G Construction managed structural works, labour operations, and site logistics in close coordination with consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and adherence to timelines. The result is a landmark residential tower that combines functionality, structural strength, and contemporary living standards for its residents.
